Confident Returns Process

At TechTargo, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our partners to feel confident in every order. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle product returns, replacements, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns must include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling Customized or special-order items

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

We will arrange for inspection and provide a replacement or credit at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@targodistribution.com or +1 519 572 7105 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number Clearly mark the RA number on the return shipment Ship the product to the address provided by our team Unless the return is due to our error (defect/damage), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or issued as account credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may be arranged for defective or incorrect items.

For other exchanges, please follow the standard return process and place a new order.

Wholesale & Distributor Accounts

Bulk and distributor orders may be subject to additional conditions under separate agreements. Please refer to your account terms or contact your account manager.
