Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

TechTargo will coordinate with the carrier to resolve claims and provide a replacement or credit where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

Direct Store Delivery (DSD)

In select regions, TechTargo provides direct-to-store delivery hubs to improve speed and efficiency for retail partners.

Availability of DSD will be confirmed at the time of order.
