Warranty Coverage

🛡️ 12-Month Limited Warranty

All TechTargo-branded products are covered by a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Extended Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, TechTargo will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide credit for defective products.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship Electrical failures under normal use Component malfunctions not caused by misuse Product performance issues within specifications

Exclusions

⚠️ This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents Products not purchased directly from TechTargo or an authorized distributor/retail partner Loss or damage during transit after delivery to the customer

Warranty Claim Process

Contact our Customer Service team at sales@targodistribution.com or +1 519 572 7105 to submit a claim Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and details of the defect Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product, if required Upon inspection, TechTargo will confirm eligibility and arrange for repair, replacement, or credit

Warranty Returns

Products returned under warranty must be in their original packaging when possible. We will cover return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. Replacement products will be shipped at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

TechTargo's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Distributor & Wholesale Accounts

Warranty terms may vary for wholesale and distributor accounts under separate agreements. Please refer to your account terms or contact your account manager for details.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
